MItch began his career in 2015 and has been on The Ben Lemon Team since 2016. Clients love Mitch because he is patient and takes the time to explain the loan process to everyone, making it as easy as possible. Mitch loved to ride his road bike and he is most proud of his beautiful wife and two awesome kids. If you need someone relatable and personable, Mitch is your guy!

KATIE PICKENS

Katie began her career in 2009 and has been on The Ben Lemon Team since 2016. Clients love Katie because she is empathetic, she listens to what they need, and she prides herself on following through on what she says she will do. Katie loves to spend her free time outdoors or traveling and is most proud of getting her Mortgage License and buying a home. Katie is constantly learning and all about building relationships, and would be thrilled to work with you!

Letty started her career with The Ben Lemon Team in 2018. Our clients love Letty because of her willingness to help out in any situation and going above and beyond expectations. She is also the person you will most likely speak with when you call into the office. Letty’s biggest accomplishment is being able to happily balance a healthy family life as she grows her career in the mortgage industry and getting her mortgage license. In her spare time, you can find her with her family and being the best mommy ever! Letty always does what she says she will and will deliver on anything you need from her!

KASSANDRA MORGAN

Kass began her career in 2016 with The Ben Lemon Team. Clients love Kass because she makes a seemingly hard process so easy and simple for anyone to go through. She is prompt, professional, and awesome to work with. If you get Kass as your Processor, you most likely will have the most contact with her than anyone else on our team (lucky you!). Kass is most likely seen outdoors in her free time and loves to spend time with family.

JALENE WILSON

Jalene began her career in 2016 and joined the team in 2019. Like Kass, Jalene will also have a lot of contact with you during the underwriting process. Her number one priority is to make sure our clients are taken care of and to make the contract to close process as smooth as possible. You can find Jalene trying a new restaurant with her boyfriend, camping, or at a country concert. Jalene is known for being friendly, compassionate, great with communication about your loan, and just dependable all around!
